1600cc engine, 12V, electronic ignition, alternator, 4 in 1 exhaust, additional oil cooler.
Completely restored to new in 2014 in our workshop, major body restoration including all body panels, complete painting, in Ruby Red and Perlweiss colors.
Restored running gears with disc brakes on the front, overhauled gearbox with reducers but re-staged with a long ring and pinionl gear.
It was then repainted in Hannover at VW in the current colors close to the original ones.
It was also in Germany that the interior was redone as it is.
A bed frame and canvas was reproduced as originally, but it was cut in height by the owner a few years ago to fit in his garage.
The underside of the vehicle was Dinitrolated which explains its non-shiny appearance.
This is a vehicle in excellent condition, which drives wonderfully.
It has already been driven down the road to the south of Spain to the owner’s country house, where it has remained for a few years.
It is sold in working order with major maintenance carried out and possibility of technical inspection for Belgian residents.
