Voici les dernières news de la Karmann 66 de rallye de notre client…
Le départ du The Road to Mandalay 2015 rally avait lieu dimanche passé
Après 4 jours de piste, voici donc le moment de quelques news et quelques photos …
Lundi, lors de la seconde étape la Karmann a perdu sa 4e vitesse (problème de boite de vitesse)
Malgré la perte de ce 4e rapport, elle continue la course depuis et progresse au classement
elle était à la 9e place de l’étape le mercredi et 3e au classement dans sa catégorie !
Mercredi la karmann 66′ et la cox 69′ qui participent à ce rallye ont eu la surprise d’être accueilli à leur arrivée
par les membres d’un club VW local et une vingtaine de leurs véhicules …
Mais si vous suivez les étapes sur le blog de la Karmann (et comprenez l’anglais)
vous savez déjà que nous avons trouvé une solution à ce problème de boite de vitesse défaillante.
( La boite modifiée en Allemagne est une des rares pièces sur laquelle nous n’étions pas intervenu … Ouf’ )

The start of The Road to Mandalay 2015 rally was held last Sunday
After 4 days of track, its time for some news and some pictures …
Monday, during the second stage the Karmann lost its fourth speed (and was forced to continue in the third)
Despite the loss of the 4th gear, it continues the race and growing in the ranking
Wednesday, she was in 9th place in the 4th stage and 3rd place in its category!
Wednesday, the ’66 karmann & ‘69 beetle participating in the rally were surprised to be welcomed on their arrival
by a local VW club members and around twenty of their cars …
But if you follow the steps on the blog of the Karmann (and understand English)
you already know that we have found a solution to this faulty gearbox problem
(The gearbox modified in Germany is a rare pieces on which we have not worked on this car … Whew‘ )
