Le VW Africa trophy 2015 change d’itinéraire et de destination …
( le climat socio-politique actuel en Afrique du Nord n’est pas au beau fixe … et les risques d’annulation des autorisations en dernière minute (et frais liés) ne pouvaient qu’inquiéter les organisateurs et certains participants)
De leur coté, Pat et Vanessa n’avaient pas envie d’un tour d’Espagne off-road se terminant au Portugal …
Bref, ce raid là n’est donc plus à leur programme pour 2015
Pas question de baisser les bras pour autant … il faut être prêt pour la prochaine occasion qui se présentera !
il y a 15 jours, on parlais d’arceau … cette fois ci ce sera échappement et amortisseurs
Les 4 amortisseurs Koni de Bay Window de la version 2013 … laissent la place en 2015 à 6 combinés Fox racing
Le doublement des combinés à l’arrière n’étant pas compatible avec l’encombrement avec l’ancien silencieux
celui ci laisse la place à un remplaçant plus compact en inox réalisé et assemblé sur mesure

The 4 KONI Bay Window bus shock absorbers from version 2013 … give way in 2015 to 6 Fox racing shocks absorber
Sadly to double of the shock absorbers at the rear are not compatible with the old muffler space
this one gives way to a stainless steel more compact replacing which has been achieved and assembled “to measure”
