Premier passage au banc pour l’ovale verte et son 2332 cc vendredi passé (The Green Oval 2.3l Project )

Premier essai à 180 CV … mais 195 CV après quelques savants réglages et quelques changements de gicleurs,
Voilà 15 CV de gain après ce “Test and Tune” sur le Dyno pour le prix de quelques heures de main d’oeuvre !

Lors du dernier essai “sans la courroie” il a atteint 205 CV 

Cylindrée 2332 cc (84×94), Bloc Alu CB Performance, Vilbrequin et volant moteur DPR wedgemated, Bielles 5600 CB Performance,
Kit Pistons A/A Racing, arbre à came FK87 ENGLE, pignons taille droite MAGNUM,
Poussoirs SCAT, Culasses CB Performance “Ultra Wedge Port” 044, Soupapes 44×39,
Culbuteurs CB performance 1.4, Ressorts JPM, Pompe à huile CB Performance plugée pour le Full Flow BERG,
Carter huile supplémentaire EMPI, Allumage MSD et une paire de 48 IDA Weber pour completer l’ensemble …

First Dynotest for this Oval window beetle with a 2332cc engine ( the Green Oval 2.3l Project )

First test gave 180 then it rose to 195HP after finding the correct jets
Here are 15 HP gain after this “Test and Tune” on the Dyno for the price of a few hours of labor !
And …on the last test “without the belt” the engine has reached 205 HP …

2332 cc engine (84×94) Aluminium CB Performance case, DPR “wedgemate” flyweel and crankshaft , CB Performance 5600 rods,
A/A Racing Pistons, ENGLE FK87 camshaft, MAGNUM straight cut gears, SCAT lifters,
044 “Ultra wedge port” CB Performance heads, 44×39 valves, CB 1.4 rockers, JPM Springs,
CB Perf oil pump plugged for the BERG Full Flow, EMPI external oil sump
and a pair of 48 IDA Webers modified with bigger BERG velocity stacks to finish …
