Voici la première photo d’un futur projet … la restauration d’une cox 66′ Off-Road
Projet réalisé il y a 20 ans et ayant trainé longtemps dans un jardin depuis … celle ci n’est plus bien qu’a l’époque !
Au programme : restauration totale de la mécanique et du chassis avec une finition epoxy
avec quelques “petites” améliorations : adaptation d’une crémaillère et un train arrière de Bus BayWindow …
Coté moteur : rien à prévoir … car cette 66 est passée du coté obscur … en acceptant la greffe d’un 4 à plat Alfa
Coté carrosserie : celle si reste comme elle est … histoire de ne pas avoir peur de se frotter aux branches “après” !

Project realized 20 years ago and having dragged in a garden long time since … that is no longer as good that at the time!
Program: full restoration of mechanics and chassis with epoxy finish
with some “small” improvements: adaptation of a rack pinion gear and a baywindow bus rear powertrain …
On the motor side: nothing for us … because this ’66 has gone to the dark side … accepting the transplant of a flat 4 Alfa
Body side: if it remains as it is … story of not being afraid to rub the branches “after”!

c’est pas cette cox qui etait par chez moi du coté de Richelieu (indre et loire FR) ?
Il me semble l’avoir vu en Hte Savoie il y a quelques année! 😉
