La 2eme partie était consacrée au démontage des éléments mécanique et le remise en état du châssis
Au programme aujourd’hui : La caisse est expédiée au sablage-métallisation pour un nettoyage en profondeur
Pendant ce temps là … dépointage et modification des longerons
La forme des longerons de remplacement est destinée aux coccinelles plus récentes et il comporte un plat “en trop”
Ce plat est visible sous la moquette mais cette modification n’est pas uniquement esthétique …
l’ouverture des longerons permet aussi d’en traiter l’intérieur ainsi que les tuyaux d’air chaud.
Entre temps, la caisse est revenue du sablage recouverte d’une bonne couche d’apprêt … “place aux découvertes” !
Elle retrouve momentanément son châssis … le temps de souder les renforts permettant de procéder aux découpes
