Dans le dernier épisode on terminais avec le traitement des bas de portes et de hayon
Ici on recommence avec la structure de la rehausse et la création de la découpe pour l’accès au bar !
Après avoir été réparé et renforcé, le renfort central est remis en place au milieu du toit sous la rehausse
Mesures et découpe de la trappe dans la rehausse en polyester
Un profilé rectangulaire est cintré et soudé pour créer le cadre qui supportera la fixation et l’articulation de la trappe
Prise de mesures et création d’un 1er gabarit en carton suivis d’un 2e “plus fonctionel” réalisé en tôle
Les compas définitifs sont découpés au laser, pliés puis fixés à la trappe et au cadre support … et cela fonctionne !
Prochaine étape “sur le toit” : la création d’un cadre de trappe pour la rigidifier et permettre un verrouillage efficace.

In the last episode we finishing the repairing some parts of doors and tailgate.
Here we start with the structure of the roof and the cuting for creation an full access to the bar!
After being repaired and strengthened the central support has been set in the middle of the roof
Measures and cutting of the hatch in the polyester upper section
A rectangular profile is bent and welded to create the framework which will support the hinge and the hatch
Taking measurements and creating a 1st compass cardboard template followed by a 2nd “more functional” in sheet metal
Final compass are laser cut in heavy steel, folded and attached to the door frame and support … and it works!
Next step “on the roof”: the creation of a hatch frame for rigidity and allow an effective lock.
